Time: Total 45 min (Prep-10 min, Cook-35 min)

Servings: 5

Level: Easy

  • 1-2 tblspoons butter (I used 1 tblspoon)
  • 1 cup onion, chopped (better to buy diced onions if you’re eyes are very sensitive like mine)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/4 lbs ground turkey (I got extra lean turkey)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (I used Panko bread crumbs)
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3/4 tspoon salt
  • 1/2 tspoon black pepper

  • Melt butter in a skillet
  • Cook onion and garlic in melted butter while stirring occasionally (until onion is soft)
  • Place mixture in a large bowl and combine with turkey, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup (I used all 3/4 cup but you can use less), Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper
  • Cover a muffin tin with aluminum foil
  • Press meatloaf into the muffin tin and spread a thin layer of ketchup on top
  • Bake in a 350 deg oven for 35-40 min
  • Immediately take the meatloaf in the aluminum foil out of the muffin tin to increase moisture

  • Can add carrots and celery

  • VERY tasty and juicy! Would recommend!!
  • Easy to eat
