Time: Prep: ~ 20 minutesĀ  Bake: ~25 min

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (I used a mix of 2 cheeses)
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices of bacon, diced
  • 2 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1/3 red pepper, diced
  • 3 tblspoons milk
  • (optional) 1/2 tspoon minced garlic – I used a garlic powder
  • salt/pepper for taste


  • Preheat oven to 350 deg and grease a baking dish
  • Stir in the cheese, eggs, bacon, bread, red bell pepper, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl and pour into the baking dish
  • Bake in oven for 20-25 min


  • Can be put into a sandwich with some mustard (also tastes really good!)
