Level: Pretty easy


Ingredients: (mainly from Walmart)

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tblspoon sugar
  • 1/4 tspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 tblspoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Sriracha mayo
  • 1 bag of mozzarella cheese
  • Arugula
  • 1 package of beef flavored yakisoba noodles
  • Small package of lean turkey (optional)

Directions:

  • Whisk together flour, sugar, salt, milk, eggs, and butter in a large bowl
  • Let the batter sit for 15 min at room temp
  • Add around 2 scoops of batter to a skillet (crepe should be thinly spread)
  • When golden brown on the underside, flip the crepe and add a small portion of mozzarella cheese
  • Remove crepe when the cheese has melted and add a small piece of turkey and some arugula
  • Make the yakisoba noodles as instructed by the package and add some noodles onto the melted cheese
  • Top with sriracha mayo and fold the crepe

Comments:

  • Tastes better if the crepe is thinner
