Ingredients: (got everything from Ralphs)

  • 4 whole-wheat pitas
  • 2 ounces trimmed spinach
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4-8 ounces Havarti cheese (dill-flavored)
  • salt and pepper
  • Avocado (optional)

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 deg
  • Place pitas on a baking sheet
  • Top with spinach, peppers, and cheese
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Bake for 5-6 min
  • (Possibly) top with mashed avocado

Comments:

  • Very easy to make
  • Avocado goes well with the pita pizzas
