Ingredients:

  • 1 can jackfruit (julienned)
  • 1 can toddy palm, drained
  • 1 jar coconut jell, drained (in a glass jar)
  • 1 can lychee
  • 1 can longan
  • 1 can green (ai-yu) jelly diced into cubes and drained
  • 1/2 qt half and half
  • (Optional) ice

Directions:

  • In a large fruit punch bowl add jack fruit, lychee, and longan along with the accompanying syrup
  • Drain the toddy palm, coconut jelly, and green jello and add to the mixture
  • When ready to serve, add half and half and stir everything together
  • Add ice
