Ingredients:

  • Trader Joe’s pollo asado (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 avocados (diced)
  • Fresco Crumbling Cheese
  • 1/4 lime
  • 3 spoons of Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • Whole-wheat tortillas

Directions:

  • Cook the pollo asado in a pan
  • Mix greek yogurt, half and half, and lime in a small bowl (crema sauce)
  • Add the cooked chicken and avocado to the tortilla and top with the crema mixture and cheese
