Ingredients: (mostly from 99 Ranch)
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 1 cup diced spam
- 2 cups rice
- 2 tspoons soy sauce
- 1 tspoon sesame oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 seaweed pack
Directions:
- Cook the kimchi and spam in a pan for a few minutes
- Add the rice and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil
- After around 5 minutes add the seaweed (rip into small pieces) and stir the rice
- Cook two sunny-side up eggs separately and plate them on top
Comments:
- Very tasty, but a little salty
