Ingredients:  (mostly from 99 Ranch)

  • 1 cup chopped kimchi
  • 1 cup diced spam
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 tspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tspoon sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 seaweed pack

Directions:

  • Cook the kimchi and spam in a pan for a few minutes
  • Add the rice and stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil
  • After around 5 minutes add the seaweed (rip into small pieces) and stir the rice
  • Cook two sunny-side up eggs separately and plate them on top

Comments:

  • Very tasty, but a little salty
